📜 Terms of Service

LyfeeHost ("the service") is a free hosting platform for photos, video and audio. By using it you agree to the terms below.

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

You are fully legally responsible for everything you upload.

⚠️ Important: we actively monitor and review content. Violating content is deleted immediately, serious offenders are permanently banned, and we may report them to law enforcement.

Content goes live as soon as you post it — we do not screen it beforehand. All content may, however, be reviewed by a human after it is published.

Why: if a passcode were enough to hide content from review, illegal material would only surface once somebody reported it — and by then it is too late.

How we limit ourselves while reviewing:

• Only accounts granted the review permission can open the review console
• Reviewers see links that expire after 5 minutes, never permanent URLs
• Every decision is logged: who, when, what it was changed to, and what it was before
• Decisions can be undone, restoring the recorded previous state rather than a guess

A review has exactly three outcomes:

• Approved — the content is left as it is
• Marked adult — the content stays up, but only people who opted into adult content can see it
• Taken down — the content is no longer visible to anyone

If you disagree with a decision, contact us using the details in section 9.

LyfeeHost respects intellectual property and complies with the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).

If you find infringing content, file a formal complaint through our DMCA page.

We remove infringing content within 24 hours of receiving a valid complaint, and take action against the uploader.

We may adjust these limits depending on server load.

The service is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee continuous availability, timeliness or error-free operation
• We are not liable for any loss caused by outages, data loss or errors
• We do not screen uploads before they go live, but we do review them afterwards (see section 3) and reserve the right to delete anything that violates these terms
• We are not responsible for disputes between users or for third-party infringement
• Files may be deleted on expiry, for violations, or for technical reasons, without notice

⚠️ Important: do not use this service as the only copy of anything that matters. Keep your own backups.

We may terminate your account and delete all of its content immediately if:

• You seriously violate these terms
• You upload illegal or infringing content
• You abuse server resources or attack the service
• You are reported repeatedly and the reports are confirmed
• You register with false information or commit fraud

A terminated account is permanently banned and all of its files are deleted beyond recovery.

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the service provider is established. Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, it should be brought before a court with jurisdiction in that place.
